Cannon Heyman & Weiss, LLP (CHW) is seeking associate attorneys with 2 - 7 years of relevant experience to join our Albany, NY or Buffalo, NY offices. Our offices allow for a hybrid work model.
CHW’s practice is focused on complex real estate finance transactions. We represent for-profit and non-profit developers, as well as lenders, syndicators, and institutional investors on transactions involving the development and financing of multi-family housing and commercial real estate using tax-exempt bonds, conventional debt and the syndication of various tax credits.
Candidates should desire a fast-paced, challenging, and collegial work environment. Experience in affordable housing, community development, commercial lending, real estate law, tax law, not-for-profit law and/or public housing law is strongly preferred.

CHW provides an excellent benefits package, and compensation will be commensurate with experience. Base salary range of $120,000 - $175,000 DOE plus the opportunity for an annual bonus.
